I work in IT support — Microsoft 365 admin, Intune, endpoints, and helping people through the problems they bring in. I genuinely enjoy it, and I'm keen to keep going deeper as an engineer, especially around device management, identity, security and DevOps.
I'm the sort of person who wants to know how the stuff I support actually works, so I spend my own time experimenting — my own labs, my own test tenant, figuring things out by doing rather than just reading. And I write it up so I can share what I've learned.

A throwaway dev tenant with Entra Connect, hash sync and hybrid joins — the groundwork so I can break things safely elsewhere.
Giving a helpdesk admin just-in-time access through eligible roles, approvals and MFA — then watching it get taken away again.
Compliance policies, conditional access and baseline settings stacked onto a tenant to make it genuinely not fun to phish.
Watching user risk and sign-in risk signals turn into MFA prompts and blocks — and knowing which ones actually matter.
